Vodka Soda & Lime
Ingredients
• 50ml vodka
• Soda water
• 1/2 lime in wedges
• Ice
Step by step
1. Fill a highball glass with ice
2. Add vodka
3. Top with soda water
4. Squeeze in the lime wedges and drop them into the glass.
5. Stir gently and enjoy.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients
• 50ml vodka
• 120ml tomato juice
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
• 2 dashes hot sauce
• Pinch of salt & black pepper
• Celery stick (for garnish)
• Ice
Step by step
1. Fill shaker with ice
2. Add vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper
3. Shake well
4. Pour into tall glass filled with ice
5. Garnish with celery stick
Espresso Martini
Ingredients
• 50ml vodka
• 25ml coffee liqueur (eg Kahlua)
• 25ml freshly brewed espresso
• 10ml simple syrup
• 3 coffee beans (for garnish)
• Ice
Step by step
1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup to a shaker with ice
2. Shake hard for 15- 20 seconds until well chilled and frothy
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass
4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans
Screwdriver
Ingredients
• 50ml vodka
• 150ml orange juice
• Orange slice (for garnish)
• Ice

Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
• 40ml vodka
• 20ml triple sec (eg Cointreau)
• 30ml cranberry juice
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• Lime twist (for garnish)
• Ice
Step by step
1. Add vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice to a shaker with ice
2. Shake well for 15 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass
4. Garnish with a lime twist.
